Dear potential sponsor,

We are currently searching for private individuals, local businesses or corporations who are interested in creating a desperately needed service for the beaches of Hawaii.

The Adopt A Beach Hawaii program is designed to provide beachside recycling services for tourists & locals at Hawaii’s most popular beach parks and recreation areas.

Customized recycling structures (made of recycled plastic) will hold bins for Aluminum Cans, Plastic Water/Soda Bottles and Glass Beverage Containers. These will be placed at select beaches across Hawaii to provide a safe alternative to littering our beautiful beaches or adding to our already overburden landfills.

Talks are under way with the City & County of Honolulu Parks & Recreation Department, the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development , State Department of Land and Natural Resources and State Recycling Division for long-term approval of bin placement.

Sponsorship fees collected from private individuals; small business or corporations will pay for expenses associated with paying for bins.

This is a new and unique opportunity for businesses to receive maximum exposure for their services and provide a sorely needed service to the community.
